My journey with GenerationalTBS is deeply inspired by the legacy of resilience and ambition handed down by my parents. They overcame humble beginnings to build a multi-million dollar business that created opportunities that will benefit generations, motivating me to help others build their own paths to generational wealth.

With over 25 years of hands-on experience across diverse sectors—such as the music industry, restaurants, concert promotions, real estate investing, insurance, and retail startups, I’ve developed a unique perspective on what drives success, along with valuable lessons to help clients avoid common pitfalls. Additionally, over 20 years in franchising, sales, and business consulting have shown me how strategic decisions can turn ideas into enduring legacies.

At GenerationalTBS, I leverage this wealth of experience to guide entrepreneurs, accredited investors & business owners in creating sustainable, wealth-generating businesses or, if preferred, passive income streams for life while safeguarding wealth for future generations to build upon.

John Starks – Consultant

As founder and CEO of Starks Business Solutions, Tech-Medical Services and Nightly – a vacation rental management company, John specializes in Logistics, Operations & Real Estate, providing actionable insights and in-depth analysis to help businesses identify opportunities, make critical decisions, and implement value-driven solutions. Gus Rocha – Consultant

Gus is the Founder and Chief Strategist of Mad-Job, a boutique growth agency dedicated to helping startups and mid-sized businesses unlock their full potential. A human resources master with a sharp eye for strategy and a passion for transformation, Gus partners with leadership teams to accelerate growth, build strong operations, and scale sustainably.

Before launching his agency, Gus spent nine years at Robert Half International, where he served as Vice President and Recruiting Manager, leading within the firm’s accounting and finance permanent placement division. Gus has operated his own independent staffing business allowing him to speak both from Corporate Executive and Entrepreneurial perspectives.

A Belhaven MBA with over 25 years of industry experience, Gus is certified in SAP, ASQ Quality Driven Management and Safe Agile. He is a 2025 graduate of the Leadership Memphis Executive Program and recently join the Board of Directors of the PMI Memphis Chapter, where he also serves as Vice President of Publications.

Tonya Lidsey

Tonya is a dedicated veteran of the United States Navy, whose life reflects her unwavering commitment to family, service, and community. After 22 years of marriage, she is a devoted wife and mother, balancing her family life with her diverse professional pursuits.

Tonya graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, equipping her with the skills needed to thrive in the competitive world of business. Alongside her husband, she co-owned a successful construction company where she took charge of various essential operations, including human resources, marketing, and payroll. This experience not only honed her managerial abilities but also solidified her reputation as a resilient entrepreneur.

Her passion for service extends beyond business; Tonya has actively engaged in missionary work, traveling to countries such as India, Thailand, and Venezuela. Through these experiences, she has dedicated herself to doing God’s work, bringing hope and support to those in need.

Tonya also ventured into the film industry, contributing to the production of an international film, “The Fire of a Dragon.” This powerful film, based on the true story of human sex trafficking, reflects her commitment to raising awareness and advocating for social justice issues.

In addition to her film work, Tonya has participated in various acting and modeling competitions in Los Angeles, showcasing her diverse talents and creativity.

For nearly four years, she has excelled as a top insurance sales agent with Globe Life Liberty National. Licensing her expertise across Kentucky, Illinois, and Missouri, she has built a robust portfolio, serving close to 70 companies and over 2,000 clients. As a consultant for GenerationalTBS, she serves as our expert on group health and employee benefits for our clients.

Driven by her strong faith, Tonya loves the Lord and pours her energy into supporting her family while making the most of each day. Her multifaceted life is a testament to her resilience, compassion, and unwavering dedication to helping others.

Connie Lubbert – VP of Ops – Capital Edge

Connie is a operational artist with decades of marketing experience, operating her own marketing and graphic design company since 1999. She specializes in SEO management, paid ads and email campaigns with a unique ability to capture customer with art and style. Her experience makes her a powerful VP of Operations for Capital Edge Strategies which houses GenerationalTBS, helping our clients ensure best-in-class service.

The founder of Salty Creative Group & multi-talented artist, Connie combines a creative mindset with the ability to intermingle the world of detail oriented strategist.
